Websites built for churches, circuits and districts

Every Chrestos website is designed around the church or circuit it belongs to. We start with your name, your building and your colours, and we build a set of page and article templates that carry them through the whole site, so it still looks right years later when somebody else is adding the news. Below is a small selection of the hundreds of websites powered by Chrestos Cloud, and we think some of the best church websites in the Connexion.

Church websites

A single church usually wants the same handful of things done well: when you meet, where you are, who to ask, and what is on this week. Fulwood Methodist Church, Hucclecote Methodist Church, Milton Methodist Church, Romiley Methodist Church, Bailgate Methodist Church and Aylesbury Methodist Church all run on Chrestos, and each one is looked after by people at the church rather than by us.

Circuit websites

A circuit site has more to hold: several churches, a preaching plan, circuit news and the people who hold office. Berkshire and Hampshire Borders, Sutton Park, Camborne Redruth and Hayle, Cumbria, Epworth Scunthorpe and Gainsborough, Gloucestershire, Poole Bay, South Essex, and Winchester Eastleigh and Romsey all publish theirs with Chrestos. Where a circuit uses Planmaker, the plan and the service times appear on the site and keep themselves up to date.

District websites

Districts need to speak to circuits, churches and the wider public at once. The Darlington, Sheffield and West Midlands districts run their sites on Chrestos.

How these sites are built

There is no bespoke build behind any of them, and that is deliberate. They use the same Web Design Tools that come with Chrestos Classic and Chrestos Premium, so the people who run them can add a page or change a service time themselves. Hosting, security and support are part of the monthly cost on every package, and there is no build fee.
