The Chrestos Cloud is church management software built for Methodist circuits, districts and churches, and a single control panel for everything in this list. It is designed around the people who actually use it: superintendents, ministers, circuit administrators, stewards and volunteers rather than web developers. Every tool inside the Cloud works in the same familiar way, so once you have learnt one you have learnt them all.
Five tools live inside the Cloud. Web Design Tools look after your website, its pages, articles, images and videos. Planmaker builds the preaching plan around who is actually available. Loudhailer takes what you have written and shares it across social media, email, SMS and WhatsApp. Database keeps your circuit directory, custom forms and shared contacts and calendars in one secure place. Digital Signage puts your news and services on a screen in the foyer.
Which tools you have depends on your package. Chrestos Classic and Chrestos Premium include the Web Design Tools, and with Chrestos Essentials we make your website changes for you instead. Premium adds Planmaker, the Database and Loudhailer, while Planmaker and Digital Signage can each be leased on their own.
