Chrestos is made by ThenMedia Limited, a small web-development team based in Chester. There is no call centre and no ticket queue. When you ring or email, you reach the people who designed your website and wrote the software behind it.
The same team designs your page and article templates, builds the tools inside the Chrestos Cloud and looks after the servers they run on. That is why a change you ask for is usually made within a few working days, and why nobody has to pass your question along to somebody else.
