The team behind Chrestos
Who you will be talking to
Chrestos is made by ThenMedia Limited, a small web-development team based in Chester. There is no call centre and no ticket queue. When you ring or email, you reach the people who designed your website and wrote the software behind it.
The same team designs your page and article templates, builds the tools inside the Chrestos Cloud and looks after the servers they run on. That is why a change you ask for is usually made within a few working days, and why nobody has to pass your question along to somebody else.
The people behind
Chrestos
Between us we design, build, host and support every Chrestos website and every tool in the Cloud. There is no account manager in the middle, so when you ring you reach somebody who already knows your site.
We are a small team, and we like it that way. It means nobody has to pass your question along to somebody else.
Included, and never
counted in minutes
Every Chrestos package includes unmetered UK support, unmetered content updates and training, by phone and by email. We stay with you for as long as it takes to feel comfortable, and we are just as happy to make a change for you as to show you how to make it yourself.
Come back in a year with a new volunteer and we will train them too.
We know how
a circuit works
We have worked with Methodist churches, circuits and districts for many years, and Chrestos itself began inside one. We know what a circuit meeting is, how a preaching plan comes together and why the newsletter has to be out before Sunday.
That shows in the tools we build, and in the questions we do not have to ask you.
